#builderbot is token-gated — the room is locked to @everyone and opened by holding, not by asking. Verification takes about a minute and reads your wallet on-chain. It costs no gas, moves nothing, and never asks for a seed phrase.
If the chain cannot be reached, the gate says so and asks you to try again — it never reads an outage as “you hold nothing” and turns a real holder away.
Builder Bots mint as ERC-721 — the standard that proves you own the token. New standards now describe what an agent is on-chain, and your bot is going to be registered under them. You will not send your NFT anywhere, and you will not trade it in.

When the upgrade opens it will be announced here and in the holders’ room, and it will run from this domain. Nobody on the team will ever DM you first, ask you to send your Builder Bot to a wallet to “upgrade” it, ask for a seed phrase, or ask you to approve a transfer of the token. A registration does not require giving up custody — anyone telling you otherwise is not us.
